In the ICEplus App and on the website, below the login section you'll find a "Reset Password" button. If you tap this button, you'll be asked to provide your ID number.

After doing this you'll receive an sms with a OTP (One Time Pin) to verify that you have your phone in your possession.

After entering your OTP, you'll be able to reset your password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive and some mobile devices force the First Letter as a Capital Letter. 

Once you are done here, you'll be able to login with your new password
