We currently offer 3 packages.
- Standard package @ R49.00 includes Emergency Medical Response, Stabilisation & Transportation to the nearest medical Facility
- Premium package @ R79.00 has the Medical cover plus armed response from one of our contracted private Security Providers, to your location anywhere within your greater municipal area.
- Premium Plus package @ R149.00 extends the Medical and Security Response cover to a national footprint anywhere within South Africa
All of these services are activated through our Mobile Panic Button App on your Smartphone and all emergencies are managed by our dedicated team professional agents in our 24hr Incident Management Centre (IMC)
We have an excellent working relationship with State Services such as SAPS, Metro & traffic Police and EMS (Emergency Medical Services) and will manage response from these services in addition to our privately contracted partners.
